123 Green Tea Ice Cream

• 1 cup vanilla ice cream
• 1 teaspoon green tea powder (matcha)

Lightly pound the ice cream on a wooden cutting board; transfer to bowl and add matcha; mix well. Refreeze or eat immediately.
